As a long-time member of the MBA of Tampa Bay, I am honored to have been given this opportunity.
Educating and involving our invaluable members will be a crucial part of a successful year, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to navigate today’s mortgage issues effectively.
As always, we will lend a helping hand to those in need and promote social responsibility within our membership. Together, we can make a lasting impact.
To strengthen our organization, we will focus on growing our membership base to build a stronger, more resilient community.
Lastly, our advocacy efforts will ensure that our collective voice is heard, and our interests are represented at every level of government.
I look forward to working with each and every one of you! Together, we will navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and build a brighter future for our organization and the communities we serve.

Learn More About Your President
Born and raised in Clearwater, Stacey Van Schenck has lived in the Sunshine State her entire life. She has worked in the mortgage industry since 1998, building a customer service philosophy on treating clients like family. Stacey listens to her clients wants and needs, providing clear communication throughout the entire loan process. She is available to answer borrower’s questions any time of day, whenever they need her. Outside of work, Stacey is an active member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors, Partners in Network, Pinellas Realtors Organization, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Tampa Bay.
